This year, Stirling Schools are delighted to share that four of our students have ranked among the very top in Iraq: two in Kirkuk and two in Baghdad. These extraordinary results are a testament to the commitment of our students, their families, and our teaching community.

In Baghdad, Lana Ibrahim Ghalib distinguished herself as one of the nation鈥檚 brightest minds, whilst Amna Mohammed Kassab, who began her educational journey with Stirling Schools in Grade 1 and has been part of our community for 12 years, secured an equally outstanding top position. Meanwhile, in Kirkuk, Ahmed Dilshad Saber and Taiba Hamid Mustafa rose to the very top as this year鈥檚 outstanding achievers. Ahmed has been recognised for his consistency and academic discipline, whilst Taiba鈥檚 performance reflects her determination and passion for learning. A-Level and AS-Level Stars in Dhaka

At the Dhaka Senior Section, several students distinguished themselves with extraordinary performances. Aparajito Jyoti Basu achieved a clean sweep of 4 A*鈥檚, an achievement that highlights both dedication and talent. Meanwhile, Ajraf Ahbab Kabir and Rahat Islam Prangon each earned 3 A鈥檚 and 1 A*, cementing IHSB鈥檚 strength in producing high achievers.

The AS-Level students also showcased promising beginnings to their A-Level journeys. Sakibul Haque Ruhan secured 5 A grades, while Sarika Saad Rushnan Dighi, Sakibul Islam, Tafsina Tazrian, and Sumaia Zaman Orpita each earned themselves 4 A grades.

Chittagong鈥檚 Rising Stars

In the Chittagong Section, academic success was just as bright. Shariff Takbir Ahmed earned an impressive 6 A鈥檚 at AS Level, while Shafakat Chowdhury followed closely with 5 A鈥檚. These results highlight the consistency of IHSB鈥檚 academic standards across campuses.

O-Level Achievements that Inspire

At the O-Level, students in Dhaka and Chittagong delivered equally inspiring outcomes. Tahjib Azraf stood out with 6 A鈥檚 and 1 A*, while Jumeir Tehjeeb and Al Af Khandaker both secured 6 A*鈥檚 along with additional A grades. Ahraf Hossain topped the cohort with 9 straight A grades, demonstrating exceptional breadth and depth of knowledge.

Chittagong鈥檚 O-Level achievers were no less impressive. Ratik Zibran Moshi balanced 6 A grades with an A*, while Wasif Asaad Khan combined 3 A grades with 4 A*. Kabbo Suhrid Jafrul capped off the section鈥檚 achievements with 5 A鈥檚 and 2 A*鈥檚.

The latest results showcase IHSB鈥檚 academic journey over the last three years. In 2023, outcomes were mixed, with uneven performance across subjects. By 2024, stability had been achieved as a stronger pool of high achievers emerged. Now in 2025, IHSB has reached new heights, with results that reflect both consistency and excellence. The impressive outcome is a testament to the school鈥檚 collective effort, alongside parents to commit to the students鈥� long-term achievements, 

The sciences, long regarded as the school鈥檚 academic stronghold, once again led the way. Further Mathematics achieved 53% A/A grades*, Mathematics followed closely at 50%, while Biology impressed with 67% A/A*. Chemistry, Physics, and Economics also returned excellent results, while Business and Accounting showed steady progress compared to previous years. Importantly, 2025 marked the complete elimination of ungraded outcomes at A-Levels, a significant milestone that underscores IHSB鈥檚 commitment to providing every student with the tools they need to succeed.

At the O-Level, Dhaka and Chittagong students alike showcased remarkable achievements. The vast majority of candidates earned grades between A and B*, a testament to the school鈥檚 broad-based, and continuously growing academic standards.

The BSO accreditation process involves a thorough inspection every three years, assessing
teaching quality, student outcomes, school infrastructure, and overall learning environments.
RPS Sarajevo has successfully completed the first accreditation cycle, while schools in Tuzla
and Biha膰 are preparing for their inspections in the upcoming phase.

Cambridge curriculum, integrated with local education standards and taught in English, ensures
